What happens during your coaching process?

In the first few sessions we lay the foundation for the rest of your coaching trajectory by getting clarity on what you want and stand for in life and what’s holding you back. We’ll discuss what goals you are committed to accomplish and each session after we’ll settle on assignments to help direct your progress. During coaching sessions we’ll use different tools to explore your needs and values, find answers to your most difficult questions, design roadmaps for new ideas and life-direction and overcome obstacles and challenges in order to transform your personal and professional life.

Do I need a Life Coach or can I do it by yourself?

Often people don’t realize what stands in their way when trying to achieve their full potential. As a Professional Certified Life Coach I can help you realize the hidden patterns and habits that keep you stuck, take you above and beyond your personal limitations and help you reach your life goals in a more efficient way.

How is Coaching different from Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy assists clients in healing psychological problems such as depression, anxiety, phobia, trauma, destructive behaviors and addiction. Coaches are not trained to heal psychological problems and make referrals to therapists when warranted. Instead of focussing on the past, coaching mostly looks forward to create a deeper engagement with the present and a more desirable future. Coaching is primarily for expanding awareness and designing actions that move people toward the fulfillment of their life purpose, dreams and goals. While Life Coaching is not therapy, it can be a therapeutic deeply healing process.

How long do I need to work with a Life Coach?

I recommend clients make an initial three-month weekly commitment to gain the most benefit from their life coaching program. At the end of each coaching-package, we will evaluate your progress and you can decide whether you need more coaching to reach your goals. After three months of coaching on a weekly basis, you can start allowing more space between sessions and find your own pace in the program. Most clients coach with me between six to eighteen months.
